things my brother made:

tuna tartare

toasted sourdough with olive oil, fresh parmesan, and thyme

dill, cucumber, & yogurt dressing

what i made:

turkey meatballs with golden raisins and pine nuts. recipe again from orangette. so tasty! best with the chilled yogurt dressing. this really is so yummy. highly recommended.
